2. Return, Refund and Cancellation policy / terms and conditions:
We will repair or exchange damaged whistles returned to us. We also offer refunds for the entire amount in case of unwanted whistles. Clients do need to produce a proof of purchase i.e. email confirmation and purchase order number. All our products carry a lifetime warranty
Any returned items must be marked RETURNED GOODS, NO COMMECIAL VALUE on the customs declaration. We do NOT pay import tax on returns.
3. Delivery policy:
All items are sent globally from the U.K. using Royal Mail & PARCEL FORCE INTERNATIONAL and must be signed on receipt. All items are insured. Tracking will be given on request.

All transactions will be in pounds sterling

What data do we collect - KerryWhistles collects person data such as name, email address, physical address (both mailing and billing) and phone number. Kerrywhistles uses Paypal for all payment processing and does not directly collect card payment details.
